Refund Policy

You are welcome to return any unused items for a refund within 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and be fit for resale. Please pack in original packaging if possible and return to us at the address below. Please include your name and order number in the parcel so that we can identify the order. As soon as we receive your returned items we will refund your payment.

Please make sure you obtain proof of carriage from the carrier. We advise all customers to ensure that insurance is taken out on any returned item as we cannot refund any item received that is damaged.
